Masala & More began on Baltzarsgatan in Malmö as a small place built on familiar Indian flavours and a genuine love for cooking. What started as a restaurant slowly became a space of connection. Guests returned, conversations grew, and the kitchen evolved through everyday experiences and shared moments at the table.

As time passed, something gentle but meaningful emerged. Alongside the comfort of well-known North Indian dishes, there was a growing appreciation for the lighter rhythms of South Indian cuisine. Dosas prepared fresh, sambhar simmered with care, flavours that felt both rooted and refreshing. This was not a shift away from anything, but an expansion shaped by curiosity and trust.
